- Oct 12, 2022Sorry for my delayed response; I was waiting to hear back. I have no actual technical details about the resolution, and it was confirmed it was an InTune issue that's been resolved. The Teams and Outlook apps should now start working. I told them to send me the technical details, even if I didn't understand it and they didn't.

Ugh. Thanks for the info. Let's hope Microsoft puts out a permanent fix ASAP. I have not heard back from any of my 10-12 or so users with the issue since updating the Outlook mobile app version but standing by...

I had to open a new Microsoft Support case since they closed my other one out. If I have any details, I'll share them with everyone here. I have an iPhone XS Max with iOS 16.0.2 and can confirm that my phone seems to work.
