If Teams is crashing while signing in through Company Portal on Android 13, I would start by force stopping Teams and Company Portal, clearing the cache for both apps, and restarting the device.
Then make sure both apps are fully updated from the Play Store and confirm that notifications and background activity are allowed.
Open Company Portal first and wait until the device shows as compliant before opening Teams.
If the issue continues, clear the app data for both apps, complete the Company Portal enrollment again, and then sign in to Teams.
If it still fails, check the Entra sign in logs. A Conditional Access or device compliance policy may be blocking authentication rather than Teams itself crashing.
