manage Intune device that have Windows Server License

Hello,

i am checking through our Compliance policies if all devices are compliant. We have some Remote Workstation that have a Windows Server 2022 license and since on these devices no company portal app can be install i don't know how get them compliant or how to exclude them, so that the conditional access that depends on the compliant status does not affect these devices. (Since i can't see a attribute, that distinguishes them from other "normal" non-managed windows devices)
