MAM question with 3rd party MDM

Anyway, we currently have mobiles enrolled into Soti Mobi Control as we slowly migrate them into Intune.

Now for BYOD users, I have implemented an APP policy which seems to deploy fine.

Problem is, that my test Soti managed mobile is now crying for the Intune Company Portal app, as part of the MAM Broker app I assume.

Is there any way to EXCLUDE my SOTI devices from the MAM policy?
