Hi AmkK,
The best practice to get more information or understand the issue is by following these steps:
1- Troubleshooting: Navigate to Intune -> In the left panel, you should see Troubleshoot + Support at the bottom.
Click on it and enter the username. You should be able to see app configurations and if there are any issues.
2- Logs: Navigate to Apps -> Monitor -> Here, you can find various logs such as App install status, App configuration status, etc.
