iOS 16x Shared device - Guest account not visible

We are using iOS devices managed with Intune and enrolled as Shared Devices, to have the option for logon with AzureAD account and as Guest.

Upgrading from iOS 15x to 16x result in a bug that when the iPad is placed horizontally the Guest button is not visible. Flipping it vertically and back to horizontally, Guest is there again.

Upgrade to 16.2 did not help.
