Intune stuck on Account setup

Hello,

We are trying to setup Office365 MDM by enrolling all devices only to device management.
We are using office365 E3 license. We have manage to enroll few devices using "device enrollment only" but somehow there is 1 computer that is stuck on "Account setup 

It connects but gets stuck on "Account configuration", "Connecting to your organisation's network".
In Azure AD the client exists
