Intune Mobile Devices force automatic enrollment iOS

- There is no easy out of the box way directly from Microsoft Intune, but you may try Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), take a look at:

Agree with Reza, you need to use Apple Business Manager and through enrolling (ADE, formally DEP) then user create an Apple Enrollment Profile.
