- Oct 12, 2022Sorry for my delayed response; I was waiting to hear back. I have no actual technical details about the resolution, and it was confirmed it was an InTune issue that's been resolved. The Teams and Outlook apps should now start working. I told them to send me the technical details, even if I didn't understand it and they didn't.

The update did not fix it for me. I just solved this on my new iphone 14 pro with the help of my work's IT staff. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Network Settings. This will only reset the network connections on your phone. No other data will be touched with this.
- Ted_TrullingerSep 28, 2022Copper ContributorMicrosoft resolved this with new Outlook for iOS version 4.2238.0 released 1 day ago. Have users update Outlook mobile app via the Apple App Store and issue is resolved. Thanks.

Ted_Trullinger I updated my app and was able to use Outlook all morning, but just got the error message again. I'm not sure the fix was totally successful.
- Ted_TrullingerSep 28, 2022Copper ContributorOh Boy... I did reset network settings for someone but they also updated the Outlook app at that same time so I believe the app version fixed the issue. A few other users only updated the app like you and it resolved the issue for them. I have not heard back from them yet and hopefully I do not but thanks for letting me know what you are seeing.
