Asmika I'm afraid I didn't! I troubleshooted this as far as I could with my admin rights and I'm still waiting for a global admin to check a few things I can't.
I was thinking, however, that this could be cause by the firewall. It is s managed by a third party and auto-enrollment was working in our previous infrastructure, I'll have to find a list of firewall requirements and passed them on to them.
