Hi Derek, thanks for the insight and we are really in the era that cloud-native has become a viable option since most of the technology have moved to cloud as well. You mentioned already the good stuff above and let me also add Cloud PKI.
On your question what holding back the move to cloud-native Entra? Only deployment. :) The path chosen was to transition via Hardware Lifecycle Refresh. Not fast but moving.
