Google Duo self installed in work profile

Dear all,

Wanted to ask if somebody knows why Google Duo is being installed on managed devices without being approved in Google play. The installation has happened only on Samsung A40 phones. Is this app a built in app on this phone model? I read that Samsung will have it integrated but on S20 galaxy ones. As managed the app is not even approved on the managed Google play account of our Intune env.

Anyone knows the reason?
