Device in InTune shows as Removed from Apple School Manager
I am testing MDM enrollment on an iPhone which over the course of testing was added, released, and re-added to Apple School Manager using Apple Configurator 2. After re-syncing the device back to InTune, Enrollment Program Tokens > Devices shows Removed From ABM/ASM: Yes.
Can I get InTune to recognize that the device is, in fact, back in ASM?

- JutManGrahamBrass ContributorWhen you add it back to ABM, it will show up as assigned to Apple Configurator II. You will need to change the assigned MDM to your Intune instance. Save that change in ABM, THEN go to Intune under the Enrollment section and run the SYNC otherwise it will not show that it is part of your MDM yet.

Hello FishInDisguise
Welcome to the Microsoft community, my name is Recep I'll be happy to help you today.
Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
- Make sure that the device is properly added and active in Apple School Manager. Verify that the device information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manually trigger a sync between Apple School Manager and Microsoft Intune. To do this:
- In the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center, go to Apple enrollment > Enrollment program tokens.
- Select your token, and then click Sync.
This should update the information about the device in Intune based on the latest data from Apple School Manager.
- After syncing, check the device status in Intune again. Navigate to Devices > All devices and locate your device. Ensure that it reflects the correct status and that "Removed from ABM/ASM" is set to "No."
- If the issue persists, consider unenrolling the device from Intune and then re-enrolling it. This may involve wiping the device and re-enrolling it through the enrollment process.
- Double-check the settings in Apple Configurator 2 to ensure that the device is associated correctly with your Apple School Manager account during the re-enrollment process.
Please follow the below link it will be help you to setup the Device enrolment setting in the Apple school manager.
