Device in InTune shows as Removed from Apple School Manager

Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

• Make sure that the device is properly added and active in Apple School Manager. Verify that the device information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manually trigger a sync between Apple School Manager and Microsoft Intune. To do this:
  1. In the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center, go to Apple enrollment > Enrollment program tokens.
  2. Select your token, and then click Sync.

This should update the information about the device in Intune based on the latest data from Apple School Manager.

• After syncing, check the device status in Intune again. Navigate to Devices > All devices and locate your device. Ensure that it reflects the correct status and that "Removed from ABM/ASM" is set to "No."
• If the issue persists, consider unenrolling the device from Intune and then re-enrolling it. This may involve wiping the device and re-enrolling it through the enrollment process.
• Double-check the settings in Apple Configurator 2 to ensure that the device is associated correctly with your Apple School Manager account during the re-enrollment process.
