Corporate data block if user not activated App(Lookout for work)

Hi Team ,

we have deployed Lookout for work for security purpose ,as we found few user not installed App on their mobile .we have continually sent reminder mails but didn't respond.is there any possibility to block  if  user not activated the lookout for work on their corporates mobiles
