Company portal says rooted device but it's not - Android
When will Microsoft update the Intune Company Portal app log creation source code and release a new version so that we may discover what is actually causing the false positive phone is rooted error message?
I have used my companies tech support, which had me execute all of the steps described in this web page and the open internet, such as uninstalling Intune, Outlook, rebooting, reinstalling Outlook and Intune, and yet I still get this error on a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. I sent the log files to my employer and they could not find the cause and they told me that they sent them to Microsoft over a week ago. I am about ready to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, so I want to resolve this false positive error before I transfer all of my files, apps, and settings to the new phone.
