I also have the same issue saying I am using a rooted devise, which the apps was working fine until recent updates of Android and now I am getting the same message for all my company related app (Teams, Condeco, & Microsoft outlook).
Anyone has a solution without factory reset the phone? (and yes I have also tried restarting and shutting down my phone)

I know it's already a long time ago but I thought this might be a good place to document what helped me...
- Uninstall the Company Portal App
- Restart the Phone
- Open a company managed app like Teams
- Teams will ask you to reinstall the Company Portal App, do so
That worked for me and was a quick fix compared to resetting the phone ;-)
