Azure AD Join on Windows 10 devices

I would like some help to understand why my Hybrid Azure Ad Joined devices does not associate users to the computers.

I really feel some difficult to understand the requirements to implement Azure ad Hybrid because each place that I use to consult show me a different information.

What I really need to do in my environment to associate users with my Windows 10 devices ?

Conditional Access
Intune
mobile device management (mdm)

    I have a doubt related with this case!

    How do I use a conditional access for devices if requiring device compliant and Hybrid Azure Ad if when I configure Azure Ad Hybrid in my environment the devices does not associate user to my devices ? how do I solve it ?
