Apple Watch App Configuration

Unfortunately not, Intune supports IoS and MacOS devices not watchOS which is what the Apple watch uses. AFAIK, the only way Intune works with the Apple Watch is to allow/prevent pairing to the IoS device and wrist detection if the IoS is in supervised mode. Both of these, can be found here
