ADFS to PHS migration: hybrid AD join

Hello,

Current situation:

ADconnect with sign in methode configured with ADFS and Hybrid AD join enabled. SCP poiting to ADFS server. 

Plans:
Migration from ADFS to PHS done by ADconnect. 

Question:

Will the SCP authententication service also be converted to Azure AD? Or do we need to change it manually.
