adding shared mailboxes to Android Enterprise fully managed device

Hi guys,

I need help with adding shared mailboxes to AE fully managed devices on a work profile. Outlook is assigned and installed on a work profile for the users and my client trying to add Shared Mailboxes to the Outlook app but unable to. It provides authentication error which is strange as the user have access to the shared mailbox.
when trying on a personally owned device it works with no issue but on a fully managed it does not work.
Is there any specific configuration profile such as App configuration policy we need to configure or other setting we need to adjust?
