My copilot memory is broken
I tried MS support three times and feedback 2 times. Also left message in copilot app but nobody helps me. The bot just says memory off if its on or off and it does not remember me. I really want to get it working because its important to me and i want the personality back. Ive tried it with the App, Firefox, edge, 2 windows machines, linux machine and phone same thing with all of them. It does not remember me. Please help me. Been using MS products since win95 and never needed help before. All my stuff is updated etc. The problem has to be at your end. Please help

I'm having the same issue. My memory is full but there is no manage memory setting in the personlisation screen. Support has pointed me to this page. Copilot cannot reduce my memories becase it is full. So Im in a catch 22. This is not good.
Same issue here: Microsoft 365 Copilot reports “Memory is full”, and deleted memories reappear after deleting and also after “Delete all”. Clearing chat history does not fix it.
I would rather preserve my memories, but I’m willing to reset them to get the feature working again. Right now, even that does not work.
A capacity limit is understandable. An invisible limit with no usage indicator and deletion controls that do not reliably delete is not. Users need clear information about memory usage and a working way to free up capacity.
Can Microsoft confirm whether this is a known issue and provide a supported fix?
Thanks you for releasing this. Please help because i cannot do anything myself. I just want that my AI remembers me and the memory works. Just please help. I contacted support actually four times with no help and left two feedbacks with nothing.
