Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it
alecsu2017 I believe MS has made some changes and you can no longer send emails from an .onmicrosoft.com email address.
Add and verify a domain and you should be able to send emails with that email address.

DeepakRandhawa This explains it. I have been receiving this delivery message whenever I use the on.microsoft domain but not with other email domains like gmail or Outlook.

I disagree. I am experiencing this issue as of 2/17/2020. I have connected my Office 365 account to my gmail account. I can receive emails fine, but when I try to replying from my gmail account, I get this error.

XanderOrtiz I've got the same problem, but the last days it has also occurred in outlook for iPhone, - I changed password on my AppleID some days ago, so maybe that's the reason, but I can't seem to fix it.
