Which app should I use for tracking report deadlines and submissions?
Sounds like this would be a good use for Planner.
It won't give you a calendar, but if you set the due date of each thing you'll see Number 1 is due in 7 days, number 2 is due in 28 days etc.
You can also set tasks for each and assign to people, to track how many % completed a thing is. I'd make one of those task the actual submission, so that can be ticked off and the thing now at 100% when it's all done and sent.

Thanks Sonia. I'm looking into this. I like it for managing the status of whether reports are being worked on/complete and who is responsible. I think this can work well for the staff doing the actual work. But, we also have some management who are pretty stuck in Outlook, and want their "comfortable" calendar view in Outlook. Not sure if there is some way to get a hybrid of both short of simply entering information in both places. Thanks!
