Weird Skype For Business issue

We have a hybrid envrionment and our users have Office 2016 installed on their laptops. Strangely there is 1 laptop on which the user simply cannot login to Skype for Business anymore unless the laptop is connected to the Internal Corporate Network (LAN). If we try to login to Skype for Business using the guest wifi or any other external network we immediately get a "Server unavailable" error. I just cannot figure out why is this happening. The moment you switch to the internal network (LAN or Wifi) it logs in.

Any one else ever faced the same issue

thanks for the script but unfortuntely it did not fix the problem. I must point out that the issue seems to be on the laptop and not just one user profile because I logged on the same machine with different user accounts and all of them are having the same issue. The server unavailable error comes instantenous as if its not even trying to reach out to office 365.
