Web parts page to display all items tagged with specific terms from a managed term set

I'm looking to see if 1) there is an OOTB web part I can use that I can configure to automatically show all items globally (i.e. across all site collections) that have been tagged with specific terms from a managed term set, and 2) how I would go about configuring such a web part.

E.g. if I had a term store as follows:

Top level term: Document Types

Child terms: Project, Policy, Guideline

I might configure the web part to show results where items have been tagged with terms matching 'Policy', and expect the results to show up basically the same as a search results screen. Or I might want to configure the web part to show results where items have been tagged with terms matching the whole branch 'Document Types'.
