User is unable to create a group in O365

Each time the user attempts to create a group from Outlook.com, they are given a message that says "this doesn't look right". They have tried creating the group in InPrivate browsing as well as on another browser. They even cleared their browser's cache. I have attached a screenshot showing exactly what comes up. The user gets this message before being able to input any data regarding the group's name, description, etc.
