User cant see documents on HomePage of Sharepoint site.

Hello,

Weird question here, but I have a user who can access a document and folder from the document library link on the sidebar, and he can also access it through the synced folder on his PC, but when he tries to access the document through the "Documents" web part for the homepage on the site, the same documents dont show up. Does not matter which browser, nothing shows, and also no one else in the team/site is experiencing the issue. Anyone Ever seen this before?
