- MudithaIron ContributorAlso, it would be better to have a general idea about Exchange Online limitations as well... :)

My email now works well, I can send and receive emails properly.
You're a very helpful person and I am super thankful.
- MudithaIron ContributorGlad to hear your issue is now resolved. :)
Open a support case and work with the Microsoft engineers to get this sorted out. And you should definitely avoid sending bulk messages if you dont want the same issue to happen in the future.
Here's the relevant section from one of the articles with Microsoft's recommendation on this:
Exchange Online customers who need to send legitimate bulk commercial email (for example, customer newsletters) should use third-party providers that specialize in these services.

Thanks Vasil for the advise, I really appreciate your help!
How to open a support case and work with the Microsoft engineers to get this sorted out?
You can open a Support ticket in Office 365 Admin Center, or go directly here https://portal.office.com/Support/SupportEntry.aspx
