Nov 20, 2017Unable to see folders I create and access windows explorer in documents
Hello,
I have admin rights to a SharePoint site (365) but I am unable to see document folders I create. The icon for folder creation is grayed out. I'm also unable to open windows explorer so I can transfer documents from on location to a SharePoint without losing hierarchy. I've verified my rights are set up correctly, but surely there's a step I'm missing. Can someone please provide some advice or next steps? Thanks in advance!
