Track changes and older versions of Word

We are having issues with documents being sent to us in older versions of Word with tracked changes, but the tracked changes showing differently in Office 365 resulting in a complete mess!

 

Any ideas why this is happening?

    My editor sent me a version of WORD that does not have a REVIEW tab.  Track Changes is under TOOLS but gives me option only for accept/reject and colors. How can I get more, comment balloons, etc.

     

    I have WORD 365 on my computer.  Can I transfer her document to my WORD?
