to import customized template to office tab from personal tab, to be able to use it by the whole off

Please do me a favor.

I created a customized template. It's now appeared on 'Personal tab' and it can only be seen by me.

I'd like to share it with my office guys. To do so, i think, that customized template have to be imported to 'office tab' from 'personal tab'. 

Could someone please advise me how to import it to 'office' tab from 'personal tab', to be able to seen by the whole office guys?
