Time in O365 OWA email wrong...but set up correctly. Help!

Have you checked/set the regional settings on the other mailbox? You can access them via: https://outlook.office.com/owa/shared@domain.com?path=/options/regional

Hi, The return receipt at the recipient end is not controllable by you, you have done your bit and the system is sending them out. If the recipient gets the option to not send one, e.g. Thunderbird Mail Client, then that is up to them and there is nothing you can do.If this was a notes to notes eMail then sometimes you can do a trace path and then you'll get an eMail back when it hits each server..
