This link is only available to internal users
External users have no problem accessing the groups DL and working with items in the DL. Send them a direct link to an item in the same DL and they get "This link is only available to internal users".
What is up with that and how do I fix it?

- When you say direct link - are you generating the link for them? If so have a look at the type of link and the permissions applied to it.
Figured it out. Internal folks are using the defalt link copy which is internal members only. They need to hit the dropdown and select "people with existing access"
