Tenant to Tentant Migrations - Which Third-Party Providers?
Movebot and CloudM are the usual cheaper alternatives. Movebot prices on data volume rather than per seat, which helps when the user count is the problem. CloudM is per user but still comes in under BitTitan.
Also price Microsoft's own cross-tenant user data migration. Mailboxes and OneDrive natively, per-user add-on, data never leaves the Microsoft cloud. Quest and AvePoint Fly are good but that's enterprise pricing you don't need here.
And BitTitan list price isn't what people pay. At 250 seats ask for a partner discount before dropping a tool you already know.
Budget for the cutover more than the tool anyway. MX change, Autodiscover, mobile reconfiguration and relinking OneDrive on every machine costs more hours than the price gap between any of these.
Check both tenants are in the same region, and that conditional access on the source won't block your migration account. "Happy to talk through it if you end up outsourcing"
