Tenant to Tentant Migrations - Which Third-Party Providers?

We ran a similar tenant-to-tenant project on the EdbMails Office 365 Migration Tool and moved mailboxes, contacts, calendars, and OneDrive across with the folder hierarchy and permissions still intact.
It actually priced lower than BitTitan but still covers the full Microsoft tenant-to-tenant set: mailboxes, public folders, shared mailboxes, archive mailboxes everything. The bulk license also worked out less than the per-mailbox pricing we'd seen elsewhere. What really helped was the delta sync. We ran a full initial pass before cutover, then on migration day just pushed the changes, so downtime came out to zero.
On the support side, we had questions during the migration and got responses quickly each time. Security-wise, it uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication and TLS encryption for data in transit, and it's ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2 compliant. Worth getting a quote or trial run with your actual account count and data volume first.Hope that helps.
