synchronising outlook calendars between accounts

How about using Outlook Desktop App to View Both Calendars
- Open Outlook Desktop App
- Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings
- Click New and add your second Microsoft 365 account
- Once added, both calendars will appear in the Calendar view

thanks for your answer.
that's what I do right now as solution for me.. but the issue is, if someone wants to invite me for a appointment, for other people in the company, they cannot see that I'm maybe blocked, it's generating quite a lot of work, checking, comparing the calendars and offering a new "possible slot", etc...
