Style Set Created in Mac Not Showing Up in PC

Hi - I created a Style Set for my team's documents on a Mac in 2020. We had a new employee start recently. They properly installed my saved style set under User data, however it doesn't show up in his Word on PC. Has Microsoft changed how Style Sets work and it's no longer compatible?
