Streaming API Free to Use?

I'm not sure where else to ask this and looking for assistance.

I would like to use the Streaming API in the link detailed below to get Defender for Identity alerts to our SIEM via an Event Hub.

I'd like to know if this is a paid additional feature or not. Our business has the Enterprise 365 security stack but wasn't sure if this was an additional cost.

Can anyone confirm if Streaming API is a paid feature or not?
