SMTP settings for IIS 6.0 connecting to O365

Hi, May I ask your assistance how can we limit our IIS 6.0 SMTP server so that it won't be blocked by O365 when it reached the limit 30 email per minute or 10,000 emails per day. Hope it could qu...

The best way to evict your issue, is to implement a Exchange Hybrid.

    We can't use this as management don't want to procure on prem server.
    Any other advise. Hope it is more on IIS 6.0 :(
