Slowness issues, launching issues with Office products after upgrading to 17029.201

Are any users facing slowness issues, launching issues with Office 365 products after upgrading to version 17029.201?

We are seeing this on our company users as I have been pushing the office 365 update 

17029.20140

If so, please can you let me know what has been done to resolve this issue?

We are also pushing February 2024 updates on several devices so not sure which is causing the issue.
