Sharing list with external users not enabled but document library is enabled
We are able to share items from document libraries or folders with external users/guests but list items shows it's not allowed. Any ideas why sharing is not allowed for lists even though sharing is enabled in both sharepoint admin center and onedrive admin center?

- Because lists do not have the same sharing link mechanism that libraries do. Lists and list items must be shared with specific SharePoint / Azure B2B/C accounts explicitly.
