Sharepoint Online Second Stage Recycle Bin
Hello,
Within Sharepoint Online you have a Recycle Bin and a Second Stage Recycle Bin.
When I delete a file I can see the file in the Recycle Bin. When I purge a file, the file has gone.
My question: when is Sharepoint Online Second Stage Recycle Bin being used?

- When you delete the file from the first stage of the recycle bin, it goes to the second stage

That's what I was testing, but I didn't see the files. After refreshing the page and opening again I was able to see. Thanks.
Other question, as I has read so far, the retention is 90 (or 93) days but that counts for both Recycle Bin's, the time is not extended. The deletion time is leading. Is this correct?
