SharePoint Online - Regarding HTML Field Security

Hi All,

is it possible to add custom domain to HTML Field Security programmatically either through CSOM or POWERSHELL?

Please confirm, bit urgent.

  So is it so that only option is to change the settings from UI.
  
  If we are creating sites, so each time we need to manually do this settings from UI. Please confirm.
