Sensitivity setting blocking emails

Hi, after a bit of help.

 

Recently OWA has updated on our system and we have a new button called Sensitivity which has an option called Encrypt that is ticked by default.  Is there a setting somewhere that can change the default so that it is not ticked by default?

 

that's the button along the top bar.

    Most likely your admin/security folks have configured a default label for new items, best check with them.

      That would be me and I haven't configured anything, Seems to be something recently rolled out by Microsoft in their office 365 updates, found the setting now and it has been turned off.

        So it was a default label 🙂 And yeah, Microsoft can definitely do a better job communicating such changes...
