Sending a copy of a room reservation accept/refuse message response to another group

We have configured room reservation with delegate approval through Outlook on Exchange Online.

As these rooms need cleaning after a meeting, how can I go about to send the approval/declined/cancel message also to another group of users?

    Hi AlexPCM,

     

    You can get specific words and/or patterns from the subject and body of those response emails, note down the corresponding room mailboxes' email addresses, and use all these in a transport rule to BCC the emails to specific recipients. It would be something like:

     

    If the message:

    Includes these patterns in the message subject or body...

    And Is received from...

    Do the following:

    CC (or BCC) the message to...
