Select a certificate that you want to use for authentication.
While logging into M365 OWA or Teams, it's showing an error -

Select a certificate that you want to use for authentication. If you cancel the operation, please close your browser and try again.
There is no option to select a certificate. How to select a certificate ?

Please check:
1. Error applied to ALL users
2. Recreat the user profile (it was proved in some case)
3. Check your ADFS setup if error applied to all users

- Talk to your IT support folks, they need to provision certificates and enable the whole process.
- The certificates are installed in my Trusted Root authority folder. Still it shows same error.
