Same email addresses in Office 365 admin center
I have a weird question about why our company has two exact same email addresses in Office 365 admin center. One account is an "Active user" and the other is a Shared Mailbox." Both of these accounts...
Are you sure they're not the same? Every shared mailbox has a matching user account, much like every user mailbox has.
Oh yeah good point. I had forgotten about that. It could indeed be that these are in fact the same account.
