Safelink URL decode API

How can i decode URLs encoded by safelink ? Does Microsoft provide any Rest endpoints to decode the safelink URL ?

https://nam01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/. doesn't support rest call.

I tried with https://www.o365atp.com/, but it doesn't support rest call, It only works with UI.

I have the same request. Is there an API that I can call to decode the url?

  Can't you just parse the original URL out of the URL variable in the Safelink? Why call an API?
