Rule Mgnt.: Move "Sent Item" reply from e-mails in Specific Folders to the Specific Folder

In Outlook under File >> Options, go to the Mail section and scroll down to Save Messages area. There is an option for “when replying to a message that is not in the inbox, save the reply in the same folder”
